The team is currently working in association with UCAL fuel systems, Chennai for the integration of electronically controlled fuel injection system in its modified engine. This being successfully done, will open doors for achieving ground breaking mileage figures. The team members involved in this exercise are gaining first hand experience on one of the most significant technologies in today’s automotive arena. (The UCAL engineers involved in this project hope to gain insight into the strategies for achieving extreme mileage figures, some of which might be incorporated in the commercial projects on which they are working. Apart from this the company can boast to be associated with a vehicle having staggering mileage, which will add to its reputation.)

From time to time the team members contacted Mr. Vijay Chadda who happens to be a very qualified engineer apart from being the managing director of MASTER AUTOMOTIVE . His suggestions were invaluable for the team at every stage. His company was the main sponsor of the D.C.E. Supermileage project.

The team’s pioneering efforts were recognized by MINDA an automotive component major, and they offered to work in association with the team on a joint design and development venture.
